The Saskatchewan Roughriders and The Curse of 13

It’s November 13th, 2011 as I write this week’s blog post. A post in which I have chosen to reflect on my love affair with the number 13, and how it relates to (and has affected) my favourite CFL team the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

This past year has been tumultuous and storied for the Riders. In the 2010 season I predicted the unfortunate end to the season for the green and white with a shocking loss against Montreal for the 2nd time. In January of 2011 I also made several predictions for the Riders live on the air with Big Dog 92.7’s Brad Grass and Heather Prozzak. In these predictions I stated that 2011 would be a year of growth and rebirth for the team, seeing them out of the playoffs earlier than they have been in recent history. I also foretold Gene Makowsky winning his seat in the 2011 provincial election and making 2011 his final year of professional football. My predictions for the 2011 Saskatchewan Roughriders have come true; this was indeed an awful season filled with loss, disappointment, and regret. The single brightest spot of the season was nostalgic favourite Ken Miller’s return to the team as head coach, and Andy Fantuz donning a green and white jersey once again.

With having performed readings for men and women from all age groups and walks of life I have a wealth of experience in working with and approaching questions and concerns from many areas of the human experience. Reading this right now – you too are probably considering calling me and booking an intuitive consult.

Before you pick up the phone – give good strong consideration to your reasons for seeking a consult. What are you looking to gain from your session? Clarity? Insight? A deeper understanding of a problem you are facing in your own life? A glimpse of what the future may hold? All of these are perfectly fine reasons to book your session. Have a clear expectation of exactly what it is you hope to gain from your session. What do you hope to gain from working with me? This is a question I ask 100% of my clients. I want to setup a clear measurement of success for the work we are about to do. I want your expectation to be clear, and I want to ensure that I am capable of meeting it. My sessions are client centered. It’s not about me and my ability. It’s about you. It’s about empowering you to go forward in your life with a clearer path and more purposeful steps. I want to give each and every one of my clients an experience filled with wisdom and insight. An experience that will equip them with important tools.

Why You NEED To Hire A Professional Corporate Entertainer

With the holiday party season around the corner, and many party planning committees assembling information regarding potential entertainment options – I want to take this post to discuss why you NEED to hire a professional corporate entertainer to perform at your function.

Performing at hundreds of corporate events a year I have heard countless horror stories from my clients about “the guy we hired last year”. It seems that these days more and more amateur and semi-professional “entertainers” are talking to companies and attempting to take their money for a sub standard performance that is less than entertaining. Here are a few of the reasons why I encourage my clients to always hire a professional entertainer (whether magician, mentalist, hypnotist, comedian or DJ) with experience working for corporate clients and performing at corporate functions.
